The MPU sessions definitely transport that the marketplace business has more facets to show and more challenges than some initially think. I found the module "Business Case" the most valuable overall, because as an integrator we don't always have this transparency regarding the various fees, etc. that are incurred on the brand side. It's super helpful and interesting, and it gives us a lot more background for future analyses, which can really be a game changer or, in that sense, a blocker.

In the future, I will do even more in-depth analysis for business cases in order to develop and push us and the brand strategically!

The one thing to end: Networking is the be-all and end-all, even in different directions than before. Other insights are always helpful #sharingiscaring.

In a nutshell:
Networking is unbeatable and business cases can always be a surprise bag.

I would recommend the Insider Course to those who want to expand their network and take away a high-level but solid overview of all marketplace-relevant fields that Valerie presents in the MPU sessions. The Marketplace Insider Training takes place on 6 dates. Designed as an online format, it runs in the form of live webinars. 

The training is purely virtual and takes place on Thursday mornings via Zoom. It consists of online learning units and online group coaching sessions. Anyone who misses a live webinar has the option of receiving a recording of the content taught afterwards. 

For the Marketplace Insider Training, we form small to medium-sized groups so that a personal exchange between the group members is possible and the training remains exclusive.

Experienced instructors ensure that the learning content is tailored to the individual needs of a group. All instructors are specialised marketplace experts with years of experience in their respective fields.

The training is open to employees of marketplaces and marketplace service providers for whom it is important to put themselves in the shoes of their customers and thus improve their service in order to ultimately make more sales and win more customers. This includes sales managers, onboarding managers, integration managers or business development managers from the marketplace business who deal directly with customers. Career changers who have already gained some experience are also welcome. Customers are primarily brands from the fashion, sports and footwear sectors. 

The Marketplace Insider Training is the first and only training on the market specifically for Marketplace employees and Marketplace service providers who value customer service and see it as a USP to differentiate their company from competitors. With a maximum of practical orientation, the training is based on concrete case studies. In the case studies, the requirements, needs and challenges of real brands are addressed and practicable solutions are shown in order to meet the customers' needs.
